The house has two apartments. Each apartment is designed for 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 youth ) in separate rooms . It has a modern bathroom . The kitchen is well equipped and spacious

( Stove , refrigerator , microwave and cooking utensils) . The apartment has a TV and a satellite program. At the entrance to the upper apartment there is a beautiful terrace . Guests have access to a large indoor garden where children can play and their dog . In the yard is a beautiful canopy that allows outdoor living in the shade and then when the sun is high or when it rains . There is also a summer kitchen with a barbecue which is ideal for evening gatherings . With a special arrangement the owner can prepare fish dinner . In particular, they have a lot of space for parking cars . A beautiful and clean beach with litle stones can be reached by car for 3 minutes or walk for 15 minutes . If they need something, at a distance of 50 m, there is shop , pizza , fruit and vegetables and bakery .



Perojci are generally good and hospitable people. Good and pleasant stay in our apartment.
