Medulin, one-room new apartment of 35 m2 on the third floor (2+2). The apartment has a separate bedroom, bathroom, hall, living room with a kitchen and a nice loggia. The apartment is airy and has a sea view. It is 700 m from the sea. There are a few discos and cafés for young people nearby, as well as a funfair and a family park, and for the older ones, there is live music on summer terraces. Shops, restaurants, the post office, bank, pharmacy, gas station and all other content can be found in the proximity of the apartment. Medulin is a well-known tourist town, 10 km south-east from Pula, in north-eastern part of the Medulin bay. South-east of the settlement is the peninsula Kašteja with sand beaches and pine woods. On the peninsula, a large camp can be found. On cape Kašteja, there are remains of a prehistoric fort settlement, and on the peninsula Vižula there was a settlement in the period of old Neolithic. Remains of Roman villas (villae rusticae) have been discovered on the coast. On mount Vrčevan (71 m), remains of the prehistoric life have been found. The Church of St. Agnes in Medulin is very interesting, it has two identical towers (finished only in 1912). Tourism strongly affects the development of Medulin.
