Apartments "Nicole" are situated on attractive part of town Pula, near sea with the most beautiful beaches only 100 m far from the sea. The apartments are located between  nice and healthy pinewood and a sea and they are situated in a quite part.The owner is in apartments. It takes just 25-30 minutes of slow walking near the center of town Pula.
Apartments are also just 150 m from: grocery shops, pizzeria place, caffe bars, restaurants etc.
They offers some possibilities you may need during your vacation such: sport& recreation, tennis courts, table tennis, golf, basketball, football, fitness, trim-courts, sailing, renting bikes, walking etc.

Extra bed is 8 euros.
Tourist tax and the registration per person are included in the price of accommodation.
Deposit (the advance payment) is 40% of the price and the rest of the price shall be payed in cash when the customer receives the keys of apartment.
The reservation  is considered completed  only with booking confirmation. For the period shorter than 4 days the prices increase 40%.
Arrival 14:oo - Departure 10:00
The return of money of the price  for a sooner departure is not allowed in any case or situation. It is not possible to change the terms of completed reservation only in a case when changes do not disturb the organization of other reservations.
 It is not allowed having more number of person from confirmed number of bed and person in a booking request and reservation.
In that case, even the children are considered like grown up person.
All customers have to obey and respect house rules in accommodation wich includes the silence and peace in a night hours: 22:00 - 08:00.
