Rural house Franica
House Franica is situated in the little village of Sutivanac in the central Istria.
Surround with yust a couple of other houses it is placed quietly on a hill above the Rasa valley with views that take your
breath away. For sketching, painting, rambling, meditating, escaping, forgetting the modern world, perhaps there is no better
situation than this property.
Customers can relax on the balconies and look for miles across natural beauty. This traditional
Istrian stone house has been completely renovated to a very high standard.
The house is located in a secluded position
in the village of Sutivanac-Risi near the town of Žminj (11 km) and it is only 17 km away from the urban centre Pazin. The
entire house is around 200 m² large.
The house consists of two accommodation units and a cellar with a
fireplace. There is room for 10-14 persons; 6-8 persons in the house itself plus 4-6 persons in a separate suite.
The accommodation unit 1 is located on the 1st floor and in the loft. The accommodation unit 2 is located on the ground floor
and in the loft.
The cellar is on the ground floor, with a separate entrance, a fireplace, a large massive table with
benches and a small kitchen.
One can rent a single accommodation unit or the entire house.
