The elegant restaurant drawn by the spaces where once the good family’s wines Malvasia and Terrano were produced, offers a vast gastronomic array based mainly on typical seasonal specialties, such as fresh locally caught fish, truffle, mushrooms, ham, game and other typical Istrian specialties. The cuisine is the result of endless research based on tradition. The delicacies are combined with a rich wine list with over 200 labels as well as with a vast choice of the Istrian olive oils. Each seasonal menu has recommendations on which olive oil to use with the chosen dish. In the restaurant 25 to 30 guests can be served at the same time while the summer guests can enjoy the outdoor terrace next to the pool and garden. The restaurant is part of important national and international gastronomic guides such as Veronelli (2 stars), Gault Millau, Wo ist Österreich and was awarded with many important prizes. It is included in the publication of the 100 leading Croatian restaurants and it has been among the best restaurants (TOP Gastro) in the Istrian gourmet guide (issued by the Istrian Tourist Board) for years.
