An apartment situated on the first floor, above the garden, 65m2 big consisting of two double rooms, a dining room with well equipped kitchen (electric and gas hotplates, oven, fridge, dish-washer, coffee appliance) TV SAT, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and WC. The apartment has a large private balcony, on the south - western side of the house. Our guests usually have breakfast on the balcony with a wooden furniture set.
