Villa Momiano is placed in a remote location surrounded with green vegetation, olive groves and vineyards.The living area of 160m2 offers accomodation for 4 persons. The house has its own closed garden of 2000m2 area with outdoor pool 3 X 10 meters and outdoor children games. Sunchairs, sunshades and the garden sitting set are on guests disposal, as well as the barbecue. The house is setted with air conditioning and central heating.

Ground floor - completely equipped kitchen in rustic style, stoves gas/electric, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwashing machine, washer, kitchen table, cutlery and accessories for the kitchen, 1 bath with shower, a WC, a big living room with TV Sat, a fireplace made from Istrian stone, air conditioning.

First floor - 1 room with matrimonial bed, a room with 2 single beds, terrace provided with a set of chairs and a hammock.

Near the house are situated some of the major Istrian wine producers (Kozlovic, Sinkovic, Markežic, Prelac…) offering the possibility of wine tasting and buying directly in their cellars. It is interesting to mention that this ground is very proper for the growth of the grapevines of Malvasia and Muscat.
