The founders of the theater was Rade Serbedzija (actor and director) and Borislav Vujcic (writer and dramatist). Acting Theatre is closely linked to the Istrian region around Vodnjan Fazana , Brijuni and Pula, and the name is a homage to James Joyce, writer whose biography and work testify to the presence on the islands.
